ข้อบ่งใช้ · Indications
- เคลือบป้องกันแผลในทางเดินอาหารและหลอดอาหารอักเสบ (esophagitis) โดยเฉพาะแผลที่เป็นแล้ว; ใช้เสริม PPI (แต่ต้องแยกเวลา)[1]
ข้อห้ามใช้ · Contraindications
- แยกเวลาจาก PPI/H2 blocker และยาอื่นอย่างน้อย 2 ชั่วโมง (ลดการดูดซึมยาอื่น และต้องการกรดเพื่อกระตุ้น); ระวังในสัตว์ไตบกพร่อง (สะสม aluminium)[1]

ผลข้างเคียง · Side effects
- ท้องผูก; ลดการดูดซึมยาอื่นที่ให้พร้อมกัน; ไม่ค่อยมีผลทั่วร่างกายเพราะดูดซึมน้อย[1]
