ข้อบ่งใช้ · Indications
- อาเจียนและภาวะกระเพาะบีบตัวช้า (delayed gastric emptying, reflux); ใช้เป็น prokinetic ในภาวะ ileus[1]
ข้อห้ามใช้ · Contraindications
- ห้ามใช้เมื่อสงสัยลำไส้อุดตันหรือทะลุ (เพิ่มการบีบตัว), สัตว์ชัก หรือ pheochromocytoma[1]

ผลข้างเคียง · Side effects
- ผลทางระบบประสาทส่วนกลาง (กระสับกระส่าย, extrapyramidal signs), ง่วงซึม; ลดขนาดในสัตว์ไตบกพร่อง[1]
