ภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวเฉียบพลันหรือน้ำท่วมปอด (acute pulmonary edema) เพื่อลด preload — เป็น adjunct ร่วมกับ diuretic/oxygen^{[3] [2]}

ภาวะความดันต่ำหรือ hypovolemia; ระวังผู้สัมผัสยา — ต้องสวมถุงมือขณะทาเพื่อเลี่ยงการดูดซึมผ่านผิวคน^{[3] [2]}
