- สุนัข — ใช้เป็น adjunct ในมะเร็ง โดยเฉพาะ transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) ของกระเพาะปัสสาวะ ที่มีรายงานช่วยลดขนาดก้อนเนื้องอก; ใช้ด้วยความระวังเนื่องจากขอบเขตความปลอดภัยแคบ[1]
ข้อห้ามใช้ · Contraindications
- ความเสี่ยงสูงต่อแผล/เลือดออกในทางเดินอาหาร และ renal papillary necrosis; ห้ามใช้ในโรคไต/ตับและภาวะ GI ulcer; ควรให้ร่วมกับยาปกป้องทางเดินอาหาร (GI protectant)[1]
