ควบคุมระยะยาว (maintenance) ของโรคหืดแมวและหลอดลมอักเสบเรื้อรัง — ลดการอักเสบ eosinophilic ในทางเดินหายใจ; ใช้คู่ albuterol (rescue)^{[1] [2]}

ข้อห้ามใช้ · Contraindications

⚠️ ไม่ใช่ยา rescue — ออกฤทธิ์ช้า 10–14 วัน จึงต้องให้ prednisolone กินคู่ช่วง 2–4 สัปดาห์แรกแล้วค่อยลด; ระวังการติดเชื้อราในช่องปาก (oral candidiasis) พบน้อย^[1]
