ข้อบ่งใช้ · Indications
- อาการแพ้ (allergic reaction, urticaria), pretreatment ก่อนให้ยาที่กระตุ้น histamine release, และป้องกันเมารถ; ฤทธิ์ระงับแพ้ในผิวหนังมักไม่พอเดี่ยว[1]
ข้อห้ามใช้ · Contraindications
- ระวังในต้อหิน, ต่อมลูกหมากโต/ปัสสาวะคั่ง, โรคหัวใจ (ฤทธิ์ anticholinergic); ทำให้ง่วงและอาจ paradoxical excitement[1]

ผลข้างเคียง · Side effects
- ง่วงซึม, ปากแห้ง, ปัสสาวะคั่ง, บางครั้งกระตุ้น (excitement) โดยเฉพาะในแมว[1]
