- ผล "flare-up" ช่วงแรก (1–2 สัปดาห์) — fertility/testosterone เพิ่มชั่วคราวก่อนกด จึงต้องคุมการผสมพันธุ์ช่วงนั้น; ออกฤทธิ์เต็มที่ใช้เวลาหลายสัปดาห์; เป็น implant ต้องฝังโดยสัตวแพทย์[1]
